How we find your customers. One by one.

We read every company across 20+ sources before we write them a single word.

We go looking for you. We build the list ourselves.

  • We find the companies.

On websites, in registers and directories, even in niches with no ready-made list.

  • If they don’t fit, they’re out.

We sort out anyone too small, without an online store or already a customer, before we read any deeper.

  • We find the person who decides.

Every way to reach them is verified before we write. Not the generic inbox, but the person who decides on your topic, with email, direct line and postal address.

From Tim Berger, Lagerlicht

To Jana Keller

Subject Same day, from an Excel sheet

Hello Ms. Keller,

Hollmann promises same-day shipping1 on orders placed by 4 pm. In your online store, that covers 1,240 items2, all marked “In stock.”

According to your current job ad, the stock behind them is kept in an Excel sheet3. As long as the sheet and the shelf match, nobody notices. When they don’t, your customers notice first.

I put together a page on what that means for your store at 4 pm and what Lagerlicht changes about it. It takes 2 minutes to read.

Whatever leaves the shelf after the update, your store only learns about the next morning. Until then, it shows “In stock” even when the shelf is already empty. Whoever orders then gets the goods later than promised.

After the show, new customers place their first orders. That’s when the promise gets tested.

What Lagerlicht changes

Lagerlicht is warehouse management software for wholesalers. It keeps your stock in sync with your store all day, not just once in the morning.

  • Your store only shows “In stock” for goods that are actually on the shelf.
  • Lagerlicht warns you before an item runs out.
  • Nobody has to maintain the Excel sheet anymore.

Ms. Keller, this is Tim Berger from Lagerlicht. My postcard about your same-day shipping1 arrived last week. May I ask you a quick question about it?

Questions

  • How often do you sync the Excel sheet3 with the store?

Jana KellerObjection

“We already have an ERP system.”

Tim BergerResponse

That stays exactly as it is. Lagerlicht just keeps your store in sync with it. Would you have 20 minutes on Thursday?

Tim BergerOpener

Ms. Keller, Tim Berger from Lagerlicht. Great to meet you at Booth B141. Your store shows 1,240 items as in stock2, and anyone who orders here takes that at face value.

What to look at on site

  • How an order from the booth gets into the store
  • Who updates stock for both locations3
  • Which items count as available at the booth

Jana KellerObjection

“I don’t have time for this here at the show.”

Tim BergerResponse

Understood. Then I’ll come to Bielefeld on October 21, and we’ll spend an hour looking at how Lagerlicht keeps the warehouse and the store in sync.

Why not just do it yourself with ChatGPT? Because the email is the smallest part.

Yourself, with ChatGPT or Claude

ChatGPT and Claude write good emails when you give them the facts. Finding the facts is up to you.

  • Search for the right companies and filter them
  • Read up on every company, 15 to 30 minutes each
  • Find the person who decides
  • Set up and warm up inboxes
  • Follow up and track what works

With OpenProspect

We find the facts and turn them into the whole campaign. All that’s left for you is a 30-minute call and your sign-off.

  • Companies that match your ideal customer profile, already screened
  • Every company read across 20+ sources, every finding with its source
  • The person who decides, with a verified email and direct line
  • Dedicated inboxes, warmed up, your domain stays untouched
  • Reporting by segment, hook and channel, round after round

It starts with your ideal customer profile, which you create in a chat, and a conversation about your offer and your best customers. Then we research companies that fit, develop the outreach and send it to you for approval. The research takes a few days. New sending domains need a few weeks of warm-up before the first send, and we use that time for the outreach and your approval. From the first send on, we keep you posted on every response. Your job then is to answer replies and show up to meetings.

We don’t pull a list from a database, we go looking for you. For your profile, we search public sources, including commercial registers, company websites, job ads, Google reviews, exhibitor lists and the press, and check every company individually. Only companies that fit your profile and have a reachable contact person get suggested to you.

Everything you need to approach a company with purpose. The briefing contains the company with its key facts, the right contact person with verified contact details and the context that belongs in the first conversation, such as an open position, a new executive, a quote from their website or a review that points to a problem. On top of that, you get an assessment of how well the company fits your profile and why.

Personal enough that the recipient notices someone has actually looked into their company. Every message refers to something we found right there, not to the industry in general. It’s not a template with the company name dropped in. We develop the outreach together with you, test it on real companies from your audience, and you approve it before the first message goes out.

Email, mail or phone, depending on where your audience can actually be reached. For email, we set up dedicated sending domains and inboxes. For mail, we design the postcard or letter so it refers to what we know about the company. For phone, we deliver verified numbers and the context your team calls with. If you like, the campaign gets its own landing page, where the recipient finds exactly what the message refers to. We decide together which channels to combine based on your audience, and if a channel doesn’t work, we switch.

From yours, and with you. We set up dedicated sending domains and inboxes in your name, so your main domain and your regular email stay untouched. Replies arrive in exactly these inboxes, which you can access at any time, and if you like, we forward them to your usual inbox. You can export all companies and contacts as a CSV at any time and bring them into your CRM.

We only process publicly available company information and business contact details of decision-makers. Private profiles are never collected. The legal basis is legitimate interest under Art. 6 GDPR, and the data is stored on servers in the EU. Anyone who doesn’t want to be contacted is removed and stays removed.
